SUMMER OF SAPJACK — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sweet Tree Holdings 1, LLC, (referred to in these rules as “SAPJACK” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “Summer of SAPJACK” sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SAPJACK. This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time (or otherwise of legal age) of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

For the Sweepstakes entry to be valid, the participant must share their first name, last name, and email address by submitting the form on the Sweepstakes webpage (https://sapjack.com/summer-of-sapjack/). It is not required to opt-in to SAPJACK marketing communications as indicated by the “Yes, I want to receive future emails and product updates.” checkbox.

One (1) entry per email address is allowed. Submissions must be through the Sweepstakes webpage. No mail-in (i.e., physical mail) submissions allowed.

HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes submission period is July 13, 2022 – September 5, 2022 (“Submission Period”). All entries must be submitted on the SAPJACK website per the above Eligibility terms no later than September 5, 2022 at 11:59pm EST to be considered.

During the Submission Period, entrants will be invited to enter the Sweepstakes through email marketing message(s) and social media post(s) by the Sponsor, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

To enter, the participant must visit the webpage summerofsapjack.com (which ultimately redirects to the webpage https://sapjack.com/summer-of-sapjack/), complete the form and all mandatory fields, and press “Submit.”

As noted above, one (1) entry per participant is allowed. No mail-in (i.e., physical mail) submissions allowed.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by the Sponsor and its agents. Once the Submission Period closes, all valid entries with the required elements will pooled for random selection by the Sponsor and its agents. The Sponsor will then choose three (3) Summer of SAPJACK Prize Package winners at random. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at their or Sweet Tree Holdings 1, LLC’s sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

The Sponsor will select the three (3) Grand Prize winners after September 6, 2022. A representative from the Sponsor will contact the winners via email to communicate the awards. The Sponsor will also announce winners publicly, including but not limited to email marketing message(s) and social media post(s). Winners will be selected randomly. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property. All winners MUST be residents of the United States, per the Eligibility requirements above.

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

Three (3) Grand Prize winners will each receive a Summer of SAPJACK Prize Package: (1) SAPJACK Starter Kit, (2) Bottles of SAPJACK Organic Syrup, and (3) a Soft Pack Cooler from RTIC.

All eligible entrants who opt-in to SAPJACK marketing communications will receive a one-time use 25%-off promotion code that will be emailed immediately upon opted-in submission.
