SAPJACK IN THE WILD — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sweet Tree Holdings 1, LLC, (referred to in these rules as “SAPJACK” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “SAPJACK In The Wild” sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SAPJACK. This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time (or otherwise of legal age) of entry who have Internet access, a valid Instagram account, and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

For the Sweepstakes entry to be valid, the participant must submit a photo of SAPJACK for sale inside a physical store (e.g., a Hannaford’s or Stop & Shop). The photo submission must contain at least one (1) bottle of SAPJACK either on a store shelf display or in the participant’s shopping cart (or basket, etc.).

One (1) entry per participant is allowed. Submissions must be uploaded to the SAPJACK website via the webpage sapjackinthewild.com (which ultimately redirects to the webpage https://sapjack.com/sapjack-in-the-wild-sweepstakes). No mail-in (i.e., physical mail) submissions allowed.

Any submissions that include lewd, nefarious, or illegal content will be deemed ineligible (determined solely at the discretion of Sponsor). Submissions must also adhere to the mandatory file specifications: JPEG, PNG, or GIF file types only; maximum file size 5 MB.

By entering the Sweepstakes, the participant grants Sponsor the rights to content to use for marketing and promotional materials.

HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes submission period is December 17, 2021 – January 16, 2022 (“Submission Period”). All entries must be uploaded to the SAPJACK website per the above Eligibility terms no later than January 16, 2022 at 11:59pm EST to be considered.

During the Submission Period, entrants will be invited to enter the Sweepstakes through email marketing message(s) and social media post(s) by the Sponsor, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

To enter, the participant must visit the webpage sapjackinthewild.com (which ultimately redirects to the webpage https://sapjack.com/sapjack-in-the-wild-sweepstakes), complete the form and all mandatory fields, and press “Submit.” Submissions must be a photo of SAPJACK for sale inside a physical store (e.g., a Hannaford’s or Stop & Shop). The photo submission must contain at least one (1) bottle of SAPJACK either on a store shelf display or in the participant’s shopping cart (or basket, etc.).

As noted above, one (1) entry per participant is allowed. No mail-in (i.e., physical mail) submissions allowed.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by the Sponsor and its agents. Once the Submission Period closes, all entries with the required elements will be viewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and its agents. The Sponsor will then choose three (3) Grand Prize winners at random. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at their or Sweet Tree Holdings 1, LLC’s sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

The Sponsor will select the three (3) Grand Prize winners between January 17, 2022 and January 18, 2022. A representative from the Sponsor will contact the winners to communicate the awards. The Sponsor will also announce winners publicly, including but not limited to email marketing message(s) and social media post(s). Winners will be selected randomly. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property. All winners MUST be residents of the United States, per the Eligibility requirements above.

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

Three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a six (6) month supply — i.e., six (6) bottles — of any 12 oz. SAPJACK maple syrup flavors. Winners will be able to choose flavor(s) at their own discretion; i.e., winners can “mix and match.”

COUPON AND PROMO CODE

All eligible entrants will be sent a $1.00-off in-store coupon for SAPJACK products. This coupon will be mailed to the address provided by the entrant. In addition, a one-time use 25%-off promotion code will be provided to eligible entrants upon successful submission of the entry.
